A couple of years ago she met up with a 6 week old,
Old English Sheepdog bitch named Cherry Row Honey
Bee. From the time the huge puppy was sick on her
new owners lap on the way home from the breeders,
right up until now, Val and the newly renamed
'Rosie' have been inseparable & loving
companions.
When Rosie returned from a Grooming session with
more knots than she went in with and a bleeding
claw, Val decided she had to find out how to groom
Rosie herself.
After moving down to Dorset, Val has attended
intermediate and advanced Dog grooming courses at
Kingston Maurward and is now a qualified City and
Guilds 7750-3 Advanced Dog Groomer.
Having a long haired dog like Rosie has led Val to
specialise in long haired dogs which a lot of
groomers shy away from as they do take time some
time to complete.
